Belfast: The city of fancy brick

Belfast is often known for the horrible violence that has occurred between the Protestants and Catholics or for the fact that the Titanic was built there. For me Belfast stood out this weekend as a city full of stunning brick architecture. There are certainly plenty of brick structures in Dublin but none that rival these stunning buildings I saw. Probably the most impressive was Queens university. I saw these buildings the whole weekend as I was just walking around the city.
